The Invasive Kudzu (Pueraria Montana)

The Invasive plant that i am studying about is the Kudzu, its scientific name is Pueraria Montana. Its a invasive species because it from Asia, not from the U.S. Its a plant  that crowds out the native species. So this plant grows super fast and takes up a bunch of land.

The plant called Kudzu is naturally from Asia where they have wonderlands of this plant. This plant first invaded Georgia, and this plant pretty much is everywhere now. It was promoted by the government because they said it could reduce erosion. The problems it causes is, it covers the native plants and trees, and they don't let them get any sunlight so they can grow too. The U.S is trying to get rid of the Kudzu by pouring chemicals on them. The chemical is called Tordon K. The chemical is also killing plants and trees, since it is very toxic.
